Car Seat Q&A Session

As you probably know, here at House of Baby we are extremely passionate about car seat safety. Last year, we ran our car seat safety campaign, and continue to help parents learn about the best car seat for their child, car and lifestyle.

Silver Cross are extremely excited to announce that they have a very special blog feature planned. John Horsfall is one of the UK's leading car safety expert with over 25 years of industry knowledge. He founded Sitsafe In-Car Safety Ltd, who specialises in advice and training on the transportation of children, helping promote the awareness of the importance of in-car safety to local authorities, manufactures and retailers in the UK. Silver Cross are extremely proud to have John as their in-house car safety expert and he has personally helped designing and developing car seats for Silver Cross, including the latest, and one of the most popular products, the Silver Cross Ventura ISOFix Base.

John will be holding two question and answer sessions on the First Words Silver Cross Blog, on Monday the 5th of March (with questions responded to by Friday the 9th of March) and Monday the 12th of March (with questions responded to by Friday the 16th of March), where people can ask questions about safety and how to correctly install car seats. It's a great opportunity to ask questions with an expert who will personally answer each question.

Getting Labour Started

We often hear mums saying they want to get labour started and meet their baby when they are past their due date. Laura from our Customer Service Team, who is also a doula and Hypnobirthing teacher, hears this a lot. We will be doing a serious post about getting things started naturally but here is a very good Youtube video for you to enjoy in the meantime! It is brilliant what a pregnant mum with twins can do.
